1.1. The customer has a maximum period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.

1.2. After this period, no refund or exchange requests will be accepted.

1.3. To begin the process, the customer must send an email to hola@calahstore.com with the following information:

a) Full name.
b) Order number.
c) Reason for the return or exchange.
d) Photographs of the product (in case of defect or damage).

2.1. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging in perfect condition.

2.2. Returns of products that show signs of use, wear, stains, odors, breakage, or damage will not be accepted.

2.3. Calah reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

3.1. Sportswear (leggings, tops, sets, shorts)

3.1.1. Returns will only be accepted if the garment has not been worn, washed, or altered.

3.1.2. Returns of garments with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

3.1.3. Garments must retain their interior and exterior labels intact.

3.2. Socks

3.2.1. For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on socks are not accepted once the original packaging has been removed.

3.2.2. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 3 calendar days of receipt.

3.3. Jewelry

3.3.1. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3.3.2. In case of a defect, the customer must notify it within a period of no more than 3 (three) calendar days after receiving the product, sending clear photographs of the damage.

3.4. Accessories

3.4.1. Accessories may only be returned if they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

3.4.2. Returns will not be accepted on promotional or clearance items.

4.1. Once the request is received, the Calah team will review the information and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

4.2. If approved, instructions for shipping the product to our facilities will be sent.

4.3. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.

4.4. Calah will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. It is recommended that you retain proof of shipment.

5.1. Once the product is received and verified, the corresponding refund or exchange will be issued.

5.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

5.3. Refund processing may take between 5 and 10 business days , depending on the bank or financial institution.

5.4. In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent once the original condition of the returned item has been confirmed.
